How to Get to Coron
BY PLANE
The easiest and fastest way to get to Coron is to fly by plane for an hour from Manila to Busuanga, Palawan. Outside the airport, you can take a van that will directly bring you to Coron town proper. Travel time takes about 45 minutes (28 kilometers) and costs P150.00 per person. Airport transfers can also be arranged by your chosen accommodation at the same rate.
The Busuanga airport is serviced by four airlines: Cebu Pacific, PAL Express, Zest Airways and Skynet Airlines. Philippine Airlines budget operator PAL Express, has 2 daily flights and allows 7 kilos handcarry plus 10 kilos free check-in luggage. Cebu Pacific also has 2 flights per day but accepts 15 kilos check-in luggage at a certain fee. Zest Air is flying once per day and allows 7 kilos handcarry and 10 kilos free check-in luggage. The newest player, Skynet Airlines, offers flight thrice weekly every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and allows 5 kilos of handcarry plus 10 kilos of free check-in luggage. Price depends on the season, the flexibility of your schedule and how long in advance you book. Price can be as low as P1,000.00 for a one-way trip.

MV April Rose of Atienza Shipping Lines sails from Manila to Coron every Wednesday at 6 p.m. Estimated travel time is 17 hours. Saturday at 6 in the evening, the ship heads back from Coron to Manila. Ticket can only be purchased personally at their office.
